What do you see when you look in the mirror?
Is the person looking back at you tired and defeated? Scared for what the future holds? Confused? Unsure?
Or is the person looking back at you full of energy and excited about life and the future?
2020 has been an unbelievable year. Things have been tough. There has been a lot of fear. There has been a lot of failure. For many, that’s exactly what they are still going through.
But guess what. Despite what you hear through the media, there have been some entrepreneurs that have had an incredible 2020! …
The world held its breath as American gymnast, 16 year old, Mary Lou Retton stood at the end of the mat preparing for her final vault. It was the summer of 1984 and the stakes couldn’t be higher. She had to get a perfect score, a 10, to win the Olympic gold. She closed her eyes for a moment, positioned herself, broke into a full sprint, and nailed a perfect 10 off the pommel horse to clinch the gold medal for herself and Team USA. …
Who Not How is a powerful concept that I learned from Dan Sullivan. I felt that it was such an important concept that I discuss it it in my High Achievers Mindset Secrets course. When I heard that Benjamin Hardy had teamed up with Dan to write the book, , I was anxious to get my hands on it.
Combining Dan’s concepts with Benjamin’s creativity and writing skills has resulted in a book that I highly recommend to entrepreneurs, leaders, or anyone else that wants to get more out of life.

Every Monday on my podcast, Daily Success Strategies, I tell my listeners that they need to set their week up for success. They have to determine what they need to accomplish throughout the week so that on Friday, once they’ve achieved everything they set out to do, they can look back and know that they had a successful week. I also encourage them to make sure that what it is they are working on will help get them closer to their bigger goals.
Once they have their plans figured out and they know what they need to accomplish to make it a successful week, the next step is to plan it out. Once the goal is set, a plan of action needs to be put into place. This will include scheduling everything from their block time, to their important meetings and events, coaching, or anything else they will need to do to have a successful and productive week. …
Mindset is defined as the established set of attitudes held by someone.
A lot of my recent work and research has been focused on helping people create a mindset that will allow them to achieve their goals and dreams. Using the simple definition above, that would mean that I’m helping people develop a set of attitudes that will help them achieve their goals and dreams.
There are a lot of different strategies and practices that I use to help people develop what I refer to as a Powerful Mindset. For some people, this is an easy process to follow and trust. …

How are you using your time?
How productive are you during that time?
The traditional 9–5, eight-hour work day is not the most efficient model for the most productivity.
Many people are going through their routine on a daily basis because, “that’s how it’s done.” But over the past seven months many people have been forced to change their pattern and way of doing things whether they like it or not.
And guess what?… Many of them have realized that they are just as, or even more productive in their new environment, working from home, or some other new environment. …

In this episode of my Daily Success Strategies podcast I focus on three areas of our life that can not only impact, but intentionally change our state.
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.”

One day, you are going to become your future self. Who is that person?
Think back ten years ago. Where were you? What were you doing? What were your goals and dreams?
Is that where you are today? Is this where you planned to be? Why, or why not?
Have you been intentional about creating the life you want, or has it just happened? Is it just the life you’ve been dealt?
Are there times in the past ten years in which different decisions would have created an entirely different life than you have now? …
Many of the most well-known and successful people, from Oprah Winfrey to Bill Clinton, Leonardo DiCaprio to Hugh Jackman all worked extensively with a coach. When people who have never had a coach before the first talk to me about coaching, the beginning of the conversation typically sounds something like this:
“I feel like I need a coach, but I really don’t know. What would a coach do for me?”
I was recently at a Tony Robbins UPW (Unleash the Power Within) event where Tony said, “Everybody needs a coach or a mentor. …
The best athletes in the day, the Gretzky’s, the Michael Jordan’s, they all had a coach. Still to this day, the best have coaches. Because the coach can see what you can’t see.
